The lab micromotor is the daily tool used by dental technicians.
The micromotor SR250 represents the result in the achievement of a product, which is both handy and powerful and it can be used in any working processes in dental technician labs but, above all it is suitable to work resins plasters and metals.
The Lab micromotor comes in 2 parts: the Hand-piece (the real drill) and the Feeder. The hand-piece features a DC motor with low tension (3-24 V DC) which, by a transmission joint causes the rotation of a spindle, on which a forceps is installed; forceps that can tighten a tool (mill) with a diameter of 2,35 mm. The DC motor allows an easy regulation of the rotating speed, which in fact can vary from 3000 to 25000 rpm.
The Feeder features a transformer and an electronic control, which provides the motor with a continuous tension from 3 to 25 V DC, enabling it to vary the working speed and regulate and compensate the torque, in such a way as to provide excellent results even at lower speeds.
VERSIONS
SR 260 P
Handpiece + hand-piece rubber base + Feeder with foot-operated rheostat and control: the Feeder is placed under the table and by moving a lever with the foot the machine turns on and at the same time the speed is regulated. By releasing the lever the micromotor turns off.
SR 260 T
Handpiece + hand-piece rubber base + Feeder with bench-mounted control and On/Off switch foot pedal: the machine is turned on with the foot pedal and the speed is regulated manually by a knob located on the Feeder, placed on the working bench.
It is possible to reverse the direction of rotation of the motor
