The Zirconia Sintering furnace SR775 “IN SINT 1600” is used by the dental technician for the sintering of zirconium oxide. It is equipped with a new electronic control with microprocessor and permanent memory.
Possibility of storing up to 200 heating cycles (or programs) with max. 6 phases per cycle, 4 up-stops + 2 down-stops, at various temperatures (with setting of Temperature, Rise Speed in °C/min, Holding Time. Cycles are all free and can be stored in permanent memory.
Each stored cycle can always be modified by the user accordingly to his needs.
Cycles can be performed between the following parameters:
- slower cycle (minimum rise speed 2°C/min: rising time 12 hours)
- fastest cycle (max. 50°C/min: rising time 35 minutes)
It can also perform multi-stage cycles (up to 6) and with different speeds for each stage. SR775 controls both temperature rise and cooling, so it is possible to stop even during the cooling phase and set the cooling speed (bearing in mind that the maximum cooling speed is that of natural cooling, while the minimum speed can be set as desired as in the rising phase).
The heating elements are made of MoSi2, that allow to reach temperatures up to 1800°C.
The heating elements can be seen inside the chamber and heat up by radiation; the maximum voltage for the resistors is 24V.
The door is equipped with a mechanical safety lock. A micro-switch cuts off the power supply to the heating elements when the door is opened.
The oven is equipped with a TOUCH-SCREEN display for a more convenient and immediate user interface.
USB DRIVE: controlled and downloaded programs can be stored and downloaded via e-mail in a UBS key.
